Criminal Law

In this module we will learn about criminal offenses and how crimes are prosecuted and defended.  We will also discuss the stages of a criminal case and the process of a criminal trial.  Students will learn about the various amendments to the U.S. Constitution that ensure the government applies the law in as consistent a manner as possible.
